Copper Slag 20/50, 75# bags

• 20/50 grit can be reclaimed twice.  (The first blast as a 20/50, and then the second, reclaimed media will be as a 30/60.)
• 20/50 will provide a 2.5-3.0 mil profile when blasted at 90-100 psi, with a 45 to 90 degree angle, 18-24" distance to Surface.
• 2050A is also available, and is slightly more coarse than a regular 2050, but not as coarse as a 12/30.  It is great for when you need a 3 mil profile on carbon steel, or when taking off thick epoxy.  This is a special run media (made to order), so there are large minimums to be met for the 2050A media.
• Dense enough that it can be mixed with steel shot and grit. 
• Copper slag is a hard, cubical, and aggressive sandblasting media.  
• Independent studies have shown it to be the fastest cutting slag abrasive.
• You must have a forklift at the end destination to unload the flatbed.

• Approved for recycling in Portland cement.
• Best abrasive to use when ranked on cutting speed and cost per sq. ft., according to independent NIOSH tests.

• California Air Resources Board  (CARB) approved for dry outdoor abrasive blasting.
