Straight Bore, 1/2" entry 3/4"-14 NPS (NPS = National Pipe Straight) thread, 14 threads/sq. inch

The OD of the threads of T4 is 1.003" (Whereas, T5 nozzles are slighly smaller at .998" OD)

Note that 1" pipe is always measured based on the outside diameter (OD), and pipes less than 1" are measured on their inside diameter (ID). Thus a T5 nozzle is slightly smaller in size than a T4, but you cannot tell this visually as they are so close. Most nozzles sold are T4 as it is rare to actually require a T5, but due to confusion between the two, both T4 and T5 are threaded in such a way that both will screw into a 3/4" holder.
