How Do I Contact You?
How Do I Contact you? Right Here!

Where Do You Ship From?
All over! We will work backwards from your location to find the closest to you.
What Is Your Return Policy?
All sales are final.
Because abrasive blasting media is highly sensitive to contamination, moisture exposure, and particulate impurities, we cannot accept returns under any circumstance.
Once abrasive media leaves our facility, there is no practical way to verify that it has not been exposed to moisture, cross-contamination, or improper handling. Additionally, laboratory testing to confirm purity is cost-prohibitive, making returned media impossible to re-certify.
Incorrect Grit Size (Our Error Only)
If we ship the wrong grit size, we will replace the material with the correct size at our cost.
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Material must remain unopened and in the original packaging
Freight Damage or Shortage
If your shipment arrives damaged or short, the following requirements must be met:
- The Bill of Lading (BOL) must clearly note any visible damage, missing goods, punctured packaging, or suspected moisture intrusion before you sign.
- The receiver is responsible for inspecting the shipment at delivery, documenting any issues, and taking clear photographs of the damage and packaging.
- Failure to note damage or shortage on the BOL may void the ability to file a freight claim.
- Contact us immediately after documenting the issue so we can initiate the claim process.
Customer Responsibility
Please verify your required grit size, mesh range, and specification before ordering. We are happy to help confirm the correct product for your application.
Why Returns Are Not Accepted
- Abrasive media can absorb and attract moisture, making it unusable for most blasting systems.
- Media can become contaminated by dust, metals, oils, or other foreign matter once shipped.
- Testing returned abrasive for contamination is not economically viable, as laboratory analysis often exceeds the value of the product.
- To protect customers who require clean, consistent, specification-accurate media, no returns are accepted.

We are not responsible for improper use, application, storage, or interpretation of product information.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or freight issues. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly.
4. Shipping, Freight & Damage Claims
Please inspect shipments upon arrival.
All freight deliveries must be inspected before signing the Bill of Lading.
Any damage, moisture intrusion, contamination, or shortage must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading, and photos must be taken at the time of delivery.
Failure to do so may void the ability to file a carrier claim.
You are responsible for unloading equipment, safe storage, and preventing moisture exposure once delivered.
5. No Returns – Contamination & Moisture Risk
Due to the nature of abrasive media and their use in high-precision applications, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
This policy exists because:
Abrasives can become contaminated once they leave our facility
Moisture exposure can permanently compromise abrasive performance
Testing returned media for contamination is extremely costly and not feasible
If we ship the wrong grit size or specification due to our error, we will replace the product at our expense.
6. Order Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm:
Correct grit size, type, and specification
Packaging requirements
Delivery location and equipment access
We strongly encourage customers to verify technical requirements before placing an order.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question
We are not responsible for downtime, labor costs, equipment damage, or loss resulting from improper use of abrasive media
Use of abrasive blasting equipment carries inherent risks. Customers assume all responsibility related to operational practice and safety.
