Custom Sandblasting Nozzles Per Your Specifications

Send us your detailed drawings and specifications and we will quote you a custom Boron Carbide or Tungsten Carbide Sandblasting Nozzle.  Please email or fax us your drawing so we can quote.  OR, please mail us your nozzle so we can take our own measurements.  The picture above shows the original Y nozzle on top and our custom tungsten carbide Y nozzle below it.  Nozzle features two male pipe threads and one female pipe thread.

Here is a list of items that will be helpful for us to know:

• Quantity
• Type of Material:  Boron Carbide (B4C) or Tungsten Carbide
• Type of Bore:  Straight, Venturi, Wide-Spray, etc.
• If threaded, the type of thread required
• If Venturi Style, Short Venturi, Long Venturi, Wide Spray?
• Flanged, Non-Flanged, or Tapered?
• OAL:  Overall Length
• Bore Size:  Diameter of the interior bore
• Do you also need a jacket with the nozzle?
• Is this an insert, or an actual nozzle?
• Do you need us to quote the nozzle with a jacket?

You may fax us your specifications at 970-692-2278.  It generally takes anywhere from an hour to a day for us to quote you, once we have all details of the nozzle.
