Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns

Returns:

We require you to call us for a Return Authorization Number.  Most products will incur a 20% restocking fee, and will be accepted only if the material is in original packaging, sealed, and unopened.  We have shipping points around the country, so do not assume the material gets shipped back to us in Idaho.  Only items purchased within the past 30 days can be returned, and must have a RMA number.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs back to us, unless we accidentally shipped you the wrong product.  Please Note:  Very fine particle sized products, such as HBN powder, cannot be returned once opened, due to their hygroscopic nature.

Lead Time & Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary depending on the product being ordered.  If your order is urgent, call us before placing an order online.  Some of our shipping points are not capable of shipping next day due to ISO Quality Control procedures (3 business day lead time), so contact us if your order is urgent.  Transit time will depend on multiple factors.  We will always quote you the estimated lead time and transit time so you can plan accordingly.

Requesting A Freight Quote:

Due to the heavy nature of our products, freight must be quoted specifically for you.  For all items with a combined weight of over 200lbs we ask that you request a quotation so we may compare freight pricing from a variety of freight vendors.  Simply Contact Us to Request A Quote, and provide us as much information as you can.

Can You Ship Freight Collect To My Account?

Yes!  We can always ship products billed collect to your freight account via your preferred vendor for truckload, LTL (less-than-truckload), and/or UPS/Fed-X Freight services.  If you wish to make an online order, but ship collect to your account number, you will need to Contact Us so we can call you to take your order over the phone.

Residential Deliveries:

When shipping to a residential address, most (but not all) freight carriers will often add an additional fee (even more if you require a truck with a lift gate.)  Therefore, we will often quote freight to a local terminal if you choose. You will then need to pick up the material yourself.  If you prefer to take delivery at a residence, just let us know this when you Request A Quote.

Shipping Origin Locations:

We ship from multiple places around the country, depending on what you are ordering and quantity.  We will always try to ship out of the closest location to you, unless we can save you money by shipping out of another location, but at a lower cost per lb.  We do not stock abrasives in Idaho.

WARNING!

With the use of any product or equipment you must be sure to use the proper safety equipment and to properly train your employees in the use of any equipment or products.  The manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor assume no responsibility arising from the failure to use proper safety equipment or the failure to properly train employees in the use of products and equipment.  Respiratory Protection is mandatory for all persons operating or located in the vicinity of Abrasive Blasters.  You are responsible for following all OSHA and NIOSH requirements for breathing equipment and supplied air standards.
