Copper slag is now trending toward replacing garnet for underwater deep sea abrasive cutting.
Due to its lower cost, as well as being more gentle on cutting equipment, copper slag size 2050 is now becoming the main abrasive for dismantling underwater structures. Oil pipelines, drilling platforms, and hurricane damaged facilities are just some examples of what is being dismantled by the use of copper slag.
